Iβve never really been able to nail a mustard sauce; most recipes I find online rely on making a heavy roux, and Iβm just not a fan of that thick, floury texture. But you actually gave me a great idea: turkey breast paired with some sautΓ©ed peppers and onions π₯³

Since when did you develop a grudge against a good roux? π€£ Itβs simple: just stir in some cream and mustard to your roasted meat to thicken things up. Or, if you want to get fancy, coat your steaks in mustard and let them marinate.
