Since yesterday, my teeth have been killing me every single time I try to brush. It’s so sharp and painful that actually getting through a brushing routine is becoming a total nightmare... And I’m talking about all of them, not just one or two isolated spots. I don't think they're decayed or anything because, honestly, I'm pretty religious about my oral hygiene. It hurts way more when I move the brush horizontally rather than vertically. Sometimes it even hits me while I'm eating, too. Basically, everything is super sensitive to pressure. I haven't taken any painkillers, and I haven't switched up my toothbrush or toothpaste lately.
The weird thing is, this exact same thing happened a few weeks back. It just went away on its own after maybe two or three days, so I didn't bother calling the dentist then.
Any idea what the hell could be causing this?
