Hey there!
I went through the thread list but didn't spot this topic. Basically, I've got knock-knees—my legs bow inward. Because of that, I’ve always had this "weird gait." Up until now, it hasn't been a huge deal; it was more of an aesthetic thing than a medical one. But now (hitting my mid-20s), I'm finally thinking about actually doing something to fix it. 😁 I noticed there are plenty of leg exercises out there designed for correction, so I recently started working on a routine.
I'm wondering if orthopedic shoe inserts would actually help, and has anyone here tried working with an orthopedist to correct leg alignment? If so, which specialist or clinic did you go to?
