Sperm Freezing: What do I need to know?

Wondering where I could go to get a sperm count done and freeze some samples
basically I'm 16 and dealing with cystic fibrosis which causes infertility
so I was thinking about doing this on my own—it's just super awkward going through my parents...

Since you aren't officially an adult yet, you’ll probably need to drag your parents along with you—just kidding... mostly. Seriously though, just give the hospital a call and ask the urology department exactly what the requirements are. You might be able to get it all sorted in one trip without needing them there, depending on their policy. Hopefully, making the trek into NYC isn't too much of a hassle for you...
