We currently have three separate properties on the market.
A plot of land, a condo, and a single-family home.

I’ve been struggling with this for over six months now, cycling through various listings and reaching out to different real estate agencies, but I haven't made much headway.

Any insight or advice you might be willing to share would be greatly appreciated.

Specifically, I'm looking for recommendations regarding which listing sites get the most traction, which agencies actually deliver results, or any other top-tier online marketplaces.

The absolute fastest way to move the needle? Drop your price below what everyone else on Zillow is asking. Period.
Sometimes, if you’re looking at this from a rental perspective, it actually makes more sense to just sit tight and wait for the market to turn, right? It pays off in the long run if you aren't in a massive rush to lease it out immediately.

Look, at the end of the day, those listing sites are just middlemen. They’re essentially glorified messengers. If nobody is biting, there isn't a sale, plain and simple. And why isn't anyone biting? Because nobody has the cash. It's a cycle, isn't it? If people actually had the money burning holes in their pockets, you wouldn't even be sitting here trying to offload the property in the first place.

Good luck out there.

I’ve been grinding away at this for over six months—running ads, calling real estate agencies, you name it—but nothing's sticking.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Like, which listings get the most eyes? Which agencies actually deliver? What are the best sites to use?

Look, just owning property doesn't mean you've actually sold it—you need a massive amount of patience. Six months? Honestly, in this market, that isn't even a long stretch of time.
If you're trying to move land, you absolutely have to have all your ducks in a row. You need to know exactly what zone it falls under—residential, commercial, industrial, or maybe agricultural—and if it’s zoned for building, you need those official county zoning reports to show exactly what can be constructed there, including things like setback requirements and lot coverage ratios.
As for the house and the condo, everything hinges on the location, the description, the floor plans, and—most importantly—the price. And regardless of the type of property, high-quality, professional photography is worth its weight in gold.
Once you've nailed all that down, hit the major listing sites and partner with one or two solid agencies—maybe one big national firm like RE/MAX or Zillow Premier Agent, and another local specialist who knows that specific neighborhood inside and out.

Real estate doesn't just sell itself; you can't just throw up a quick ad and hope for the best.

It’s basic economics: you set a low price point and it moves instantly 😁
