What a 10% body fat physique actually looks like

What makes you think it isn't accurate?

To me, a guy sitting at 10% body fat doesn't even feel like a man anymore. It feels more like someone who's just way too obsessed with how they look. But hey, that's just my take. 😁

DEXA scans have a margin of error of about +/- 2% at most, though it can swing up to 5%.
