Too many ads

They didn't just overcharge me, they straight-up robbed me!
They're out here burning through my data plan without even asking or getting my permission!

The very first thing I do whenever I install a new browser is toss an adblocker in there.
Honestly, trying to navigate the web without one feels impossible.
I don't see a single ad on my end.
If I hit a site that actually deserves some love, I’ll go ahead and turn the blocker off to show some support.
But on a forum like this? Yeah, I keep it on because they just don't earn that kind of funding.
I'd suggest everyone does the exact same thing.

So, I finally tried logging into the forum using my default browser instead of using an iPhone using Reddit or Firefox—which honestly feels like it filters everything out. Good grief. I gave up after five minutes. In those tiny five minutes, ads and pop-ups tried to force open ten different tabs and just smothered everything on the screen. Come on, guys, this isn't even a forum anymore; it’s just a constant battle against pop-up ads.

Is there anyone else still running those old models with the heavy-duty ankles?
Man, those things were built like tanks! Best I ever had.
