Hey, quick question... I picked up an NVIDIA GeForce GT 420 and I'm trying to install it on an ASRock A75M-HVS motherboard. It won't recognize the card at all, even though the slot is PCI Express. Is there a compatibility issue here, or am I missing something? Thanks

Did you remember to disable the integrated graphics in the BIOS?

The BIOS doesn't give me an option to disable it. It just lets me pick which one is primary—onboard PCI or PCI-E. Windows isn't even recognizing it. Weirdly enough, when I put this rig on a Windows 8 machine, it loads perfectly fine.
