I guess it’s just hard to admit that I’m overweight, even though I truly love my body and don't really care much for the physical or material world. For me, building my character and appreciating art, culture, or historical facts matters way more than looking like a Hollywood star! But, despite all that, I still feel that pressure to meet current beauty standards and reach some sort of "perfect" look. I try to squeeze in some Zumba or light workouts whenever I can, but since my personal life keeps me so busy, I can't really hit the gym or find an aerobics class nearby—Zumba is pretty much all I have access to. On top of everything, I have this knee issue; I try to ignore it, even though I know I shouldn't be putting weight on it, but honestly, that knee pain is a huge reason why I want to lose weight. I'm not looking for a quick fix in a month; maybe I'll give myself a year, since nothing happens overnight. I'm just feeling a bit lost on how to stay motivated, what to eat, or how to approach exercising to actually reshape my body. Any advice would be wonderful! I just ask that we keep things kind—I would never dream of being rude to anyone, so I hope for the same respect in return.

Don't overthink it; you're just stressing yourself out and triggering those binge cycles. Start by cutting the sugar—cookies, creams, sodas, especially Coke—and move to smaller meals. Gradually shift your habits. Diet accounts for about 80% of the work here. Focus entirely on that first. If you jump into heavy workouts too soon, your appetite will just skyrocket, so save the intense training for when you start leaning out. This doesn't mean stay stuck on the couch, but don't force it either.

You’ve got a whole PDF dedicated to nutrition and weight loss right here:

And here is some advice from a housewife who actually sorted her life out:
Stop overthinking everything and just tackle the problem head-on. It's like when I'm working on my own character—physical traits are just surface level; you can't get anywhere if you don't deal with the core issue that's actually eating at you. No one is going to motivate you until you get fed up to your back teeth and decide to go all in. Good luck.
