Removed thread: "Politics / March for Science - or just another Soros scam?

My thread in Politics, "Politics/march for science - just another Soros scam?" was nuked.

Seriously, can someone tell me why it got deleted?

I pulled it down because it was just pure speculation without any actual facts, and frankly, it didn't meet the standards for this subforum. You should probably try posting over on the Alternative board instead.

Look, the thread was fully backed up with direct quotes from the organizers' own website, so it totally met the criteria.

I specifically pointed to those quotes and made it clear I think they’re just more moves by that "globalist NWO" crowd hanging out around George Soros and his buddies. Hey, I'm allowed to have an opinion! You guys can keep the "conspiracy theory and lizard" board for someone else. Why? Because:

1. The second-to-last time I called out the NWO crew for being behind mass riots, it was during Ukraine 2014. Back then, I got hammered by the mods for my views—mostly because I used a bit of irony. Well, guess what? Turns out I was right.

2. The second-to-last time I said George Soros and the NWO gang were pulling the strings behind the massive "immigration" wave of so-called "scientist refugees" from Syria, claiming the whole thing was a setup... I provided links and proof from actual websites. Got trashed by the mods. Insulted. And in the end? I was right again. Not even a "sorry" from them. Do I seriously need to provide a mountain of evidence every single time?

3. Then there was that thread about Donald Trump. That drama is still going on. Same NWO crew. Same story.

4. You've got the Politics/World/Next Color Revolution thread. It's all documented. It's still active. It might not be the hottest topic, but the proof is staring you in the face.

5. The Syria thread. Fully documented. We actually managed to predict the moves of every side in that chaotic mess a year or two before they happened. Once again, it was the same NWO players on the other side.

6. And now here we are with this "march for science" thing—same crowd. I’m quoting their own site directly in the thread, and it’s blatant: same playbook, same methods, same actors, and the same way they hide who’s actually calling the shots—exactly like they did with the "refugees." And now you’re telling me this belongs in the "conspiracy theory and lizard" section because it’s too speculative? Isn't the whole point of a forum to let people share what they find and how they found it? What, am I supposed to write a PhD dissertation with forensic evidence just to start a discussion?

After all these years of seeing the exact same patterns, motives, and players pop up in Politics, do you guys honestly think you sound credible with this kind of moderation?

Or do you realize you sound like—and I mean this as a caricature of your condescending tone—someone obsessed with a conspiracy theory that "some mysterious person hiding in the shadows wants you and everyone else to be well—even though all signs show society is falling apart"?

See how easily those kinds of insults can be flipped back on you?

How many more times do we have to state the obvious after all this time?

Just for the record, I've never actually supported almost any "alternative" theories—not the vaccine stuff, not aliens, not lizards, not even Alex Jones, except when I'm being sarcastic. But if you want to talk about big pharma companies dictating vaccination policies just to pad their bottom lines? Yeah, I'm definitely worried about that, and I've said it, shown it, and meant it.

This news is current and isn't just some fringe alternative.

As a strict supporter of science, and also someone who—being a true Italian-American—would have much preferred seeing Donald Trump over Hillary Clinton in the White House, I’ll say this blasphemy with full awareness: Jack Cook7 is actually right. God help us...

The real issue here is why people aren't being given a fair shot to share their thoughts on this "march." Why is the moderation on these politics forums so terrified of an actual discussion?

Doesn't it bother the moderators at all that right-wingers are constantly screaming about moderator bias whenever any political topic comes up?

Honestly, I was hoping we’d give those self-proclaimed "scientists" a fair shake. I wanted to see if they could prove this wasn't just a bunch of George Soros's mercenaries peddling some outdated ideology under the guise of hard facts, but an actual, legitimate march for science.

But hey, if you think certain viewpoints aren't worth discussing... be my guest. The reality is, the whole thing has turned into a bit of a train wreck.

The burden of proof lies with whoever makes the initial claim—in this case, the group insisting that George Soros is behind everything. A discussion centered on a fundamental misunderstanding of logical concepts and unsubstantiated conspiracy theories probably doesn't belong here in the Politics subforum.
