Need help splitting PDF pages (Soccer)

Hey everyone, I was hoping someone could help me out with getting my partial ban from the soccer section lifted.

I’ve been under this restriction since April of this year, and since we're already halfway through October, it's been about six months now—so, I was wondering if the moderators might be willing to reconsider and clear it? 😉

Well, it’s because six months have flown by, and honestly, I was unfairly partially banned from this forum, tried to appeal it here, and just ended up getting banned all over again.

But look, I want to be the bigger person here, so I’m going to let things go and move past them. I also want to sincerely apologize if any of my posts have offended anyone in this community. My apologies go out to the moderators as well; I don't mean everyone, because there are truly some honest moderators among you who do their jobs with real integrity. I’d also like to apologize to the folks over at the Soccer PDF group if I’ve been generally disrespectful toward them. My criticisms were always aimed at a small minority on this forum, certainly not everyone. When you get hit with an unfair warning or a penalty for no reason, doesn't it just naturally make you feel frustrated? I also apologize if I acted a bit foolishly myself. I know I had a tendency to post nonsense here, especially when I was much younger—but hey, nobody is perfect, right? Some of us just need a little more time to grow up and figure out what life is actually about. At the end of the day, after twenty red cards and at least six bans, a person eventually learns their lesson. But it is what it is. I’m moving forward, evolving, and becoming a better, wiser version of myself.

Phew, I’m almost at a loss for words; my brain has hit a wall. 😁 To put it simply, please forgive me for everything I’ve said to you all. Sometimes I act like an idiot, too, and I am more than willing to extend that same forgiveness to others. 👍

So now, please, just lift that partial ban. 😁 I’m still going to cheer for San Francisco; I don't see what the problem is with that! After all, what would even be left of the MLS if everyone only ever supported Real Madrid and Liverpool FC? 🤷

Partial bans are always indefinite by nature. While six months is typically the baseline period before one can even begin petitioning for a lift, that doesn't mean a partial ban is automatically set for that specific duration.

A partial ban is pretty much a permanent thing, you know? It stays on your record indefinitely unless the mods decide to pull it early or change the rules later on.

Don't you think this punishment is a bit excessive? Granted, I know I’ve been difficult at times in the past—I mean, none of us are perfect, right?—but to receive a partial ban simply because I disagree with someone's viewpoint, or perhaps because I believe American football could and should perform better, is, if you'll excuse my bluntness, somewhat undemocratic. What is the point of coming to this forum to comment on anything at all if I am not permitted to think or speak differently?

My colleague Anthony Jackson2 mentioned "fooling around" and a string of trolling escapades as the reason. But honestly, what exactly does he consider trolling? It seems like every sensible opinion I've shared has earned me a metaphorical yellow card. Every single one. Sure, when the thread about NK Split came up, I was responding to posts from jealous Los Angeles Dodgers fans, but again, I never insulted anyone or made any threats. In fact, they were usually the ones starting the insults. If you don't believe me, just ask the Seattle fans what they think of them. Ever since Seattle went through privatization, those guys have attacked them with everything they've got because things have actually started looking up for Seattle. They strike at their local rivals the same way. That is precisely why they targeted me.

I am well aware that I am not exactly the most popular person on that PDF game, but tell me, how exactly was I supposed to behave there? It isn't that I have anything against the Los Angeles Dodgers or their supporters; quite the opposite, I respect them and truly want to see that club move forward, after all, they are our very own American Lazio. However, supporting an administration that drove the club to the brink of bankruptcy, or the sympathizers who keep them in power, is something I simply cannot do. That is why I advocated for the privatization of the club, but the Dodgers fans refuse to even hear it. To them, anything private is seen as criminal or ruinous, while state ownership is treated as sacred. They have made their stance perfectly clear themselves.

But really, is that enough to justify a permanent ban? Is it because I happen to think with a capitalist mindset? 🤷

To back up my point, feel free to dig through my history on other subreddits. I’m a regular over at Politics and Alternative, I pop up on various news forums occasionally, and I’ve even participated in the PDF game a few times. If you look there, you’ll get a very clear sense of who I am as a person. I’m not some troll looking for a fight; I actually enjoy engaging in constructive debates, I’m happy to drop links to back up my claims, and if I find myself changing my mind, I’ll gladly explain exactly why that happened. I genuinely try to be helpful to others. Years of participating in these online communities have taught me how to communicate effectively with everyone, even those who might have a bit of a prickly personality. In fact, I’ve learned quite a lot from some of the people here myself.

I mean, honestly, if my 5,000 posts aren't enough proof of my long-standing presence here and the positive rapport I’ve built with most of the respected members of this community, then I really don't know what is. If I were truly the terrible person people are making me out to be, wouldn't I have been kicked out after just ten posts and banned from every corner of this site for good by now? 🤷

I honestly feel like I could start turning a profit on this forum and actually launch a full-blown business, especially since we’re about to hit that major milestone of 1,000 views. Is that it, then? Nothing from anyone? What else am I supposed to do to earn more of your trust so I can finally get started with downloading those segments from the Football PDF? 😁

You know what? There is honestly no point in trying to fight for what's right here, so I think I'll just call it quits. I have no intention of insulting anyone, nor am I holding any grudges—to be perfectly honest, I just don't care anymore.
