I need to completely wipe all my Autodesk software from my PC, but I'm stuck because I know there's a specific order I have to follow.
I tried following this video, but I got hung up because I can't tell which ones count as "peripheral applications."

So far, I've gone through the Control Panel and found
Autodesk Design Suite
Autodesk Content Service
Autodesk design review 2013
Autodesk Inventor fusion 2013
Autodesk Inventor Fusion plug-in for AutoCAD 2013
Autodesk Material Library
Autodesk Material Library Base Resolution Image Library 2013
Autodesk Cloud Sync

Now what? I really need to make sure I uninstall everything in the right sequence.
Does anyone happen to know the correct way to do this?
Thanks, Sarah

No standard uninstaller—especially not the Windows one—is ever going to scrub everything Autodesk leaves behind. And honestly, why the hell does the order even matter? I always just use Revo Uninstaller to kick these apps out; I never give a damn about the sequence and they always go away. The real headache is the junk left sitting in your folders—Common Files, Local, Roaming, AppData—you basically have to hunt them down and delete them manually, along with a mountain of registry keys. When I wiped 3ds Max, it left dozens of registry entries behind. There's no avoiding it; you either clean it up by hand or use something like Registry First Aid.

Okay, I used AdwCleaner to get those programs off my system.
Now I'm left with some leftover files and I have no idea how to scrub them out completely since I don't know where they're hiding or what they're called.
Any advice on what to do next?

Whatever. It won't bother you or take up much space. Besides, I'm sure it isn't the only piece of junk on your computer anyway...

Which version of Windows are you running? Honestly, the easiest way is just to hit Start, type "Autodesk" into the search bar, and nuking everything that pops up. Then, type "regedit" in that same search box to launch the Registry Editor. Go to Edit, then Find, and search for "Autodesk" to delete whatever it finds... just keep hitting F3 to find the next one. Or, if you're feeling lazy like me, just grab a registry cleaner tool. Install it, let it hunt down all the Autodesk entries, and let it wipe them automatically.
You'll probably find an Autodesk or AutoCAD subfolder sitting in your Documents folder... kill that. Check C:\Program Files (assuming you're on a 64-bit machine), look for a Common Files folder, and wipe out any Autodesk shared stuff in there too. You've also got an Autodesk folder in Program Files (x86)... delete it. Don't forget the hidden ProgramData folder on your C: drive—wipe Autodesk from there as well. Then head to C:\Users\[your username] and clear out any Autodesk folders you see. Finally, there's that hidden AppData folder; you'll need to go into both the Roaming and Local folders within AppData and scrub any trace of Autodesk. It's a massive pain in the neck, but that's just how it goes.
