Has anyone actually finished this workout program designed by Tomislav Dolušić, an American fitness trainer? Looking for some honest feedback on the experience...

Gold's Gym is a full-scale fitness system designed to get you in the best shape of your life over 12 weeks. It’s pretty intense... meant to be done anywhere—your apartment, a garage, a park, or even a hotel room. There’s also a group version of the Gold's Gym program available. The whole thing was put together by Tomislav Dolušić, who basically distilled over 20 years of professional fitness expertise into this single program.

Subtle ad. 😁

That guy used to be at my first Gold's Gym, and I guarantee this is just more garbage designed to fleece sheep.

Fair enough. It’s just an ad, after all. :kahvabezšećera: 😁

Anyway, I was browsing through the trainers—plural, mind you—and there is quite a bit of scrolling to do. 😬

I used to train at his first gym... I can guarantee this is just more nonsense designed to fleece the sheep.

Did you actually run through the full three-month program yourself? Because unless you have firsthand experience, how do you know it's total garbage??

Some people spend years grinding just to reach their peak physical condition, but honestly, this program gets you there in 12 weeks. 👏

Have you actually run through the full 3-month routine yourself? Because if you haven't tried it, how can you say it's impossible??

I’m just asking because I’m planning on buying the program and getting started. I want to know if anyone here has actually finished the whole thing so I can figure out if it's worth the money. It includes a complete day-by-day meal plan, and we all know nutrition is about 70% of the battle. The workouts look intense too... doesn't seem like much of a scam to me...

I am simply inquiring because my intention is to purchase this program and begin training immediately. I am curious to know if everyone here has actually attempted this regimen so I can determine if it truly offers value. Given that the package includes a comprehensive, day-by-day nutritional plan for the entire three-month duration—and we all recognize that proper nutrition accounts for roughly 70% of one's results—combined with the high intensity of the workouts, I struggle to see why anyone would consider this anything less than a legitimate investment.

It appears that no one has ventured down this path yet.

I find myself inclined to offer you a small suggestion.

And you really need me to point that out to you...

Look, I'm mainly looking for someone who’s actually stuck with this program for the full three months and can tell me if there were any actual results or visible progress. Just because nobody has bothered to test it doesn't mean the program is garbage. 🕺

You’re honestly better off just downloading P90X (or even P90X2)—it’ll give you the exact same results, but without the unnecessary overhead. It's basically a win-win.
Stick to a three-month window, provided you actually follow a solid meal plan.

Man, they have so many damn trainers 🤣🤣

Do they just pick them up off the street? Or do they walk into Gold's Gym and ask, "Hey, you wanna be a trainer?" 🙂

Three months, plus a meal plan.

I've looked into that program quite a bit... I think it's pretty similar to this one and you can get the same results. The upside with Gold's Gym is that everything is in English, which makes following the meal plan much easier...

Plus, the program only costs $67, so it's not like we're talking massive amounts of money here. Seems worth a shot... 🕺

Do they just grab people off the sidewalk? Or do they walk into Gold's Gym and ask, "Hey, you wanna be a trainer?" 🙂

I'm pretty sure they're all just folks who picked up a Gold's Gym certification. You can tell because they're coming from all over the country.
