This #StopYullin nonsense is ridiculous

Why is everyone on social media suddenly acting all high and mighty about that one festival in Asia where they eat dogs? Like, what’s the deal? It feels like such a massive double standard. If you eat a dog, you’re a monster, but if you sit down to a plate of bacon, a steak, or some fried chicken, it’s just a Tuesday night dinner. Why are we putting dogs on a pedestal above every other animal? If we're okay with eating pigs, cows, chickens, turkeys, and lambs, then honestly, why can't they eat dogs? It’s all just food at the end of the day.

It’s not some kind of stupidity. It’s about the fact that they’re using other people's pets for Yulin—and the way they process them is just straight-up inhumane.
