Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas troubleshooting help needed

Every time I try to launch Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, my screen just goes black and the whole computer restarts. It’s impossible to even get into the game—I have no clue what's going on here. Any advice? Everything else runs perfectly fine on my rig.

MY SPECS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

Windows 7 Ultimate
64-bit
AMD dual core processor @ 2.61 GHz
5 GB RAM
ATI Radeon HD 4650

I’m guessing you're running a pirated version here—maybe try grabbing a different build or a different crack altogether?
