I am looking for some guidance on choosing the right supplements to support my weight loss journey. I have already tightened up my diet, cut out all sweets, and started a regular exercise routine.

However, I would like to use some pills as an extra boost (or perhaps as a bit of motivation, depending on how you look at it 😁 ) to help stay on track. After doing quite a bit of research and reading up on different options, I have narrowed it down to either the LeanBody fat burner for her line or the Optimum Nutrition Re-style.

So, I was wondering if anyone here has actual experience with these two specific products? I would love to hear some firsthand accounts to help me make a final decision.

Thank you so much in advance!! 🙂

I’d say grab two of each just to be safe. Better to have them on hand than to run out right when you need them.

I am asking you all to please be serious here; I really don't want anyone messing around or wasting my time.

With that being said, I would kindly request that only those who actually have firsthand experience weigh in with their comments.

THANK YOU ☕

The main ingredient is just caffeine, so you'll save some cash if you just stick to drinking more coffee 😁

p.s. Honestly, I doubt this thread is going to stay serious for long, sorry! 😁

P.S. I have a feeling this thread on this forum isn't going to stay serious for very long, my apologies.😁

So, where else am I supposed to post this topic then??

So, like, two years ago I tried some of those fat burners 🤣 and honestly? Total garbage. Just save your money and actually hit the gym instead. It wasn't until I finally got serious about working out that I started seeing any real changes in my body. Combine that with eating right, and I'm finally—fingers crossed—moving toward a leaner build and a way healthier lifestyle.

Those pills are a complete joke. I don't know a single person who actually lost weight because of them, though I definitely know plenty of people who, just like me, wasted their time trying to rely on them. Sadly, it didn't work out for them at all. 😉

There might be some stuff on health and holistic wellness, obviously involving different supplements.

But you can find some good info here too, even if we're just joking around and sharing tips.
If you're really set on buying something, go with the cheaper options so you aren't just throwing money away. 😁

Thermo Speed Extreme is easily the go-to fat burner in Canada right now, and honestly, those people are actually active—unlike us. Everyone there seems to be into fitness, from little kids to seniors. I picked some up last year and dropped a few pounds, but it’s hard to say how much credit the pills actually deserve. They aren't a miracle worker, but I'd say they helped maybe 5 to 10% at most.

5-10%? That’s an interesting figure—I'm curious, though, what kind of scientific methodology did you use to arrive at those conclusions?

Honestly, you put it in the best spot possible; it’s just that the replies might not be exactly what you were hoping for.

But hey, they’ll be useful and actually realistic, and if you listen to them, I guess they'll point you in the right direction.

Those weight loss pills? Yeah, that's definitely not the way to go.

Nope.

Steven Nguyen87 said:5-10%? Interesting. What kind of scientific method did you use to come up with that?

Well, mostly just the process of elimination, I guess!
It's clearly not 0.1%, and it's definitely not 25%.
So, I mean, that leaves us with the actual answer being somewhere around 5-10%.
