I'm 19 and I keep screaming in my sleep. It’s been an issue since I was a kid, and I honestly thought I’d outgrow it by now, but it hasn't stopped 😒 Every time I scream, my parents wake up and ask what happened, but I can't remember a thing. Does anyone have any advice on this? Please, just nothing involving neuropsychiatry πŸ˜‰

Why is seeing a neuropsychiatrist such a dealbreaker for you?

The sleep clinic at Mayo Clinic has been around forever and they get incredible results. There are plenty of people on forums here who could tell you firsthand how much they helped.
Having a sleep disorder doesn't mean you're "crazy." Neuropsychiatrists don't just handle severe mental illness; they deal with benign issues like this all the time.
