Robin Anderson8 said:But look, we can actually put enough pressure on them to force a change to that specific law because it’s just fundamentally broken. It’s not even sane. They only seem to enforce it against us whenever it suits their agenda, while everyone else is out there acting like total hooligans, swinging at each other in the streets, and nobody even bats an eye...

Now, if the fans have a club backing them that can actually challenge those blacklists—just by banning opposing players from entering, for instance—imagine the absolute media circus that would trigger. Imagine the public outcry.😁

Robin Anderson8 said:But maybe we could push to get that legislative item changed, because it isn't exactly normal... especially since it seems to be applied only to us whenever it suits them, while everyone else just acts out without any consequences at all..

That isn't really a law, since it’s selectively enforced only at Dodger Stadium; it feels more like something Mamić's made up. That is probably why we can't take those lists to the Supreme Court, because technically they don't even exist. I guess they are just a loophole used for manipulation. Since the lists have been around for two and a half years, I wonder why the question of their legitimacy is only coming up now, when there are hundreds of people on them? Common sense suggests that the debate over these lists should have happened in much more important places than a forum, but nothing has actually been achieved. In fact, these lists are being taken abroad, and who knows how many hands they've passed through already. Maybe we should focus our energy on things more important than the lists. They seem to be a symptom rather than the cause.

I'm not going to waste time quoting everyone one by one, people will figure out who I'm talking to...
It’s pathetic how these FBI idiots can't tell the difference between being "on record" and actually having a criminal record. This guy clearly managed to scrape through high school, since he knew enough to admit that you can just be flagged on a blacklist without even being convicted. They can flag you just for driving from your house to the grocery store just so they can meet their daily quota, which is exactly what they do...
But seriously, what’s the point of those laws about one or two-year bans if they can just take someone who already finished their ban, claim they violated some fan law, and toss them onto some black list to extend the ban indefinitely? For how long? 10 years? 20? For life? Fine, but why don't they just write it into the law that some pedophile who served three months in prison can go right back to school just because someone thinks something wrong about him? That would actually be more logical than this crap they pull on fans. It's absolute bullshit.

And honestly, screw all us fans too, acting all tough and playing it safe while we have this hanging over our heads—wondering if any fan will even be allowed into a single stadium in the next year, two years, or whatever... doesn't matter. That misplaced pride is going to screw us all over.

EDIT: Okay, it's not in the law, but could it be? Could it be made illegal so that they're held accountable for violating our freedom of movement?

The lawyer mentioned several times that we can't tear down these blacklists, and today Borovec finally gave us the official word on it. Between them and the FBI, the club could basically hand-pick whoever they want, which just means our hands are tied. Torcida ran into them for the first time, so everyone’s still processing it, but that’s just how the game is played. Luckily, for now, they only use those lists at Dodger Stadium.

Torcida went up against it for the first time and held their own pretty damn well (so far)...
They've kicked up a massive storm all across the US. Meanwhile, back in the day, when the BBB guys reacted to those same kinds of lists, all they did was stir up trouble around the very group "running" things—two neighborhoods in the city, a couple of local news sites, and eventually, they just faded away.
And right there, you see it from the jump: Torcida is something MUCH BIGGER and more powerful...

Torcida hasn't really done anything more than we have. There were media reports, boycotts, and people skipping certain games out of solidarity. And you know what that actually achieved? It just made us a laughingstock and let them expand those lists season after season. I guess I wonder why the fan groups—and I’m specifically talking about Torcida—didn't react to these lists as aggressively over the last two and a half years as they suddenly are these days. Maybe you should answer that one yourself.

EDIT: I guess if it isn't technically illegal, could it still be considered unconstitutional if it violates our freedom of movement?

I mentioned yesterday that these watchlists are strictly an issue for our group, since they seem to target only us. Other supporter groups in the US can head into any stadium across the country or even throughout America without any issues at all.

The law doesn't provide any recourse for violating freedom of movement, because high-ranking FBI officials have already justified the existence and implementation of these lists.

I think she reacted, but honestly, it wasn't even half as intense as when they were pushing for those gift cards. Back then, she was basically driving the whole narrative herself while everyone else just nodded along, waiting to see what Torcida would suggest next. I guess it’s because HIS lists don't actually hit them where it hurts. Only a tiny fraction of those guys truly understood what blacklisting meant; most of them didn't even realize it was a thing until just a little while ago.

😵
It wasn't Torcida that caused the stir; it was Hajduk failing to perform on the field, so naturally, people are going to talk about the root cause. If they had actually played well, nobody would have even mentioned this mess.

What’s all this noise about? This stuff has been around here for two and a half years already. When people actually asked why we aren't using vouchers or doing things through personalization, everyone just rolled their eyes or played dumb... saying the FBI already tracks everything anyway and they don't need vouchers to know what's happening...
You guys still don't get it. These blacklists are a direct product of personalization. A huge chunk of people basically signed themselves up by applying for those vouchers or buying tickets for Dinamo's games. The trio Antolic - Borovec - Svetina explained the whole thing over the last few weeks... you just have to learn how to read between the lines to see how this rigged system actually works.
The lists aren't illegal. The lists *are* the personalization. It's a gray area the feds pushed through with the USSF during those 2011 law changes just so they could manipulate anyone who managed to dodge the bans or precautions. When certain influential cops in the city who deal with the Bad Boys talked about "shutting down" groups, this is exactly what they meant.
We already lost once when the constitutionality was questioned. Now there are other combinations being tried, but the chances aren't great...
The only reason there's so much debating lately is because of Torcida's influence over Hajduk, and the fact that the Hajduk crowd finally got fed up with those losers messing with them. Back when people were mocking the number of "clean" fans at Dodger Stadium, they didn't care about making fun of the stats in the photos. Other fans weren't asking questions back then like they are now—asking how they're supposed to drive all that way, pay for a ticket, and then only have a 10% chance of actually getting into the stadium.
The guys on our side who actually give a damn about being a fan—and who now have a chance to see how it feels based on what others are going through—might actually start appreciating ourselves a bit more. They might start realizing some of the things that have been happening on our stands over the last couple of years... understanding the messages being sent, our moves... if they even know where to look.

Jack Sullivan90 said:I suppose she did react, though maybe not as strongly as they did regarding the vouchers (she practically drove the whole narrative while the other groups just nodded along and waited for the next move from Torcida itself) since his lists don't even really affect them directly. I guess only a small portion of them actually understood what blacklists meant, whereas most people didn't even know they existed until recently.

Released about an hour after the voucher vote.

"We expect all American supporter groups to reject this practice. It isn't just prone to manipulation by the FBI or any other leadership within the USSF or the clubs, but it's also a powerful tool for those who want to keep fans out of our stadiums."

That’s exactly what I was about to say—this idiot clearly just showed up to stir the pot and pump his own group up to some delusional level of greatness.

Compare this text to everything Borovec and the club suits have been preaching over the last three days. This stuff is thirteen months old...

Just so you get a sense of the reasoning the Supreme Court uses regarding the detention clause in the ZosnŠN.

4. The question remains for the Supreme Court to answer: is Article 34.a of the ZosnŠN proportionate to the legitimate goal it seeks to achieve?

Starting from the established legitimacy of state intervention in individual rights—when it is undeniably proven that a certain individual was explicitly threatening constitutional values such as respect for the freedoms and rights of others, the legal order, public morality, or public health—the Supreme Court determines that the public interest and the right of other people to attend sporting events without interference or danger outweigh individual interests. Therefore, according to the Supreme Court's assessment, the contested preventive measure is proportionate to its legitimate goal.

Do you honestly still believe fans can successfully invoke human rights?
They only understand force, and force is the only way to answer them.

They’d claim we were being watched anyway, or that "the higher-ups already have everything under control without needing vouchers."

There is honestly no point in trying to explain things when more than half the crowd is mindlessly buying tickets through the USSF, while certain individuals within the group are busy pushing their own agendas about how vouchers should work.

Right. So, what, is that directed at us old-timers, or those "officially" loyal fans living in the big city?

Jonathan Edwards said:There’s honestly no point in trying to explain anything when more than half the crowd is blindly buying tickets through the Democratic Party, while certain people in the group are busy pushing their little agenda about using vouchers instead.

Sure, you see some of that happening in our section too, but it's a tiny fraction—just outliers. People were actually mocking us recently when we tried to explain why using the official system is better than just showing up at the gate. Then they had to eat their words once 800 people from a place like St. Louis ended up on the lists because of that exact method. Though, back then, things were different anyway... motives were different...

Quick question for someone from the supporters' group, if anyone can answer... Out of those 90 names, how many actually went to Milwaukee and Sofia, and how did they even get their hands on tickets?
Or let me rephrase that: how many of yours were in Milwaukee and Sofia using union-issued tickets without ever showing up on this list?
