If I remember correctly, they didn't even get a formal explanation—which is supposed to be mandatory—but then again, I don't think they bothered to file an appeal either. It really makes you wonder what the actual criteria are, or how long someone actually qualifies as a member, even if they aren't paying their dues. Biscan was definitely a member until just a few years back; as far as I know, he even served on the assembly for a while. Now, look, failing to pay membership fees CAN be grounds for being kicked out, but I don't see anything in their bylaws saying that happens automatically. So, if anything, they should have just expelled him instead of rejecting his membership application in the first place.
But hey, since The Four won't let anyone push them to the limit—and they won't let most other people either—it's all just kind of lukewarm. But that's just how things work in America, I guess.

Honestly, I think before every single Real Madrid futsal match starts, they need to blast this song through the speakers until everyone’s eardrums are practically bleeding.
