Robert Kelly8 said:While a trial is underway, protesting isn't ideal because you're essentially leaning on the executive and legislative branches. If people take to the streets specifically to sway the judiciary, it becomes problematic—his defense team could actually spin it as a claim that he didn't receive a fair trial.

That’s a pretty weak argument, honestly, especially during the investigation and pretrial detention phase.
I mean, hasn't almost every landmark trial in history been accompanied by some level of public outcry or pressure? That doesn't magically invalidate the verdict.
In fact, protests are exactly how we show that the public actually wants Jerry Maguire held accountable. We don't want him getting off scot-free like Joe Biden might if things were handled differently, staying free to continue influencing the scene from the shadows. If they just let him walk, nothing changes.

I suppose the FBI maintains a success rate of roughly 98 percent when their indictments actually result in a conviction, though I guess the indictment hasn't even been filed yet.

Go ahead and sign up for prison now... you know, ride without a helmet, spit on the floor, stomp all over the flowers in Central Park... kick an old lady and then beg the judge for a light sentence because you're too terrified to actually face what you did... or maybe just try intimidating the witnesses... and then
in room 202, some guy’s gonna kill a bottle of champagne while he waits for Jerry Maguire to show up...

gentlebison72 said:I think the right people should take all that evidence against Real Madrid straight to the FBI. Maybe bring a crew along to make it more of a spectacle. With all those reporters out there right now, just hand it over publicly and hold a press conference on the spot about the evidence and the legal crackdown. We need to ride this wave of public attention and force the FBI's hand so they don't just let Jerry Maguire walk. It can't be some cheap pre-election stunt designed to help the Democratic Party stay in power while everything at Real Madrid stays exactly the same.

👍👍👍👍

According to the tabloids, Lionel Messi gave a statement to the FBI confirming everything. Virgil van Dijk did the same.

The end has finally arrived for him... we really ought to be taking a step forward now and starting to think quite seriously about what comes next and how we should proceed.

analogheron19 said:The blacklists were essentially handed to Ireland on a silver platter, yet we failed to capitalize on it. Anyone without a prior disciplinary record should have been able to secure a ticket, but...
Regardless, this is our chance to dismantle these lists—which feel about as real as a fairy tale—and watch them, along with their creator, vanish into the footnotes of history.
Keep this in mind: if the leadership and their associates end up under investigation within a month, even if they eventually clear their names through trials or appeals... things will never be the same. The whole structure will collapse like a house of cards. Other players will start talking too, because once lying becomes a punishable offense during an investigation, his word loses all credibility—not just in the media, but in negotiations with potential buyers of "his players."
My only real fear is that certain "debts" or loans might come to light—liabilities that could already be tearing the club apart and act as a massive anchor dragging us down in the future.

There is a blacklist for BBB, plus an additional rule: fans who aren't on the blacklist but were in the North Stand during the Indianapolis game are also barred from buying tickets.
You mentioned that the inability to buy tickets for the Red Bull game ended right before the match against Ireland, but the BBB blacklist remains in effect.
Am I correct?

In my view, you need to take decisive action now 🤷 Perhaps even consider returning to Yankee Stadium.
I wish you all the best.

The rule about not being able to grab Red Bull tickets supposedly ended right before the Ireland game, but the BBB blacklist is still active.
Am I right?

I think you guys need to make some moves now 🤷 Maybe even move back to Yankee Stadium.
Good luck to you all.

No, you're not. Honestly, if you read what you just wrote again, you wouldn't even understand it yourself.

gentlebison72 said:I honestly feel like a hand-picked group of representatives should take all that evidence regarding the criminal activity within the Indianapolis Colts directly to the FBI. They might even want to bring along a small security detail just to make the whole thing look more impactful. With all the journalists swarming right now, they could hand everything over publicly and hold an immediate press conference detailing the contents of the files and specific instances of legal retaliation. We need to capitalize on this media spotlight and force our way into the foreground. It's the only way to pressure the FBI into not letting Mamić off the hook, ensuring this doesn't turn into just another cheap pre-election stunt designed to help the Democratic Party cling to power while everything at the Indianapolis Colts remains status quo.

My dear gentlemen, have you all been living under a rock? Are you seriously unaware that the Group reported Zdravko and the rest to the FBI back in 2011 regarding the stadium "renovations"?

Are you also oblivious to the reports filed by ZSD to various institutions?

Or do you truly believe, in some moment of pure madness, that the fans are sitting on some secret stash of incriminating evidence against the Indianapolis Colts that they've just decided to keep to themselves?

At this point, the BBB crowd needs to step up and take control of the Indianapolis Colts. They need to start splitting the transfer profits among themselves, otherwise, you're just waiting for some guy like Canjuga or Mamić to swoop in, grab all the cash, and leave you guys holding nothing but "team spirit" and empty ideals.

Actually, I think what the Indianapolis Colts really need is for a massive, visionary intellect like yours to step in and take charge. LEAD US TO GLORY! 😁

The restriction on buying tickets for the Red Bull game—you mentioned that ended right before the Boston Celtics match—but that BBB blacklist is still very much a thing.
Am I hitting the nail on the head here?

If you ask me, it's time to start making some actual moves 🤷 Maybe even moving back to Maksimir.
Good luck to you guys.

Up until a few days ago, Zdravko Mamić was basically untouchable, but yeah, his run is over.
Like I told you guys yesterday or the day before: if the appeal against his detention doesn't go through and he spends at least a month behind bars, things are never going to be the same. No more shady business with transfers, no more of him pulling strings in every corner of the industry, no more protection from the police like we used to see, and certainly no more political backing. Just remember, for people like Kolinda and the Republican Party, he's nothing but a massive liability now.

And honestly, everyone tied up in his business is going to be scrambling to save their own skin. I’m talking about everyone from the players, who are desperately trying to protect their careers and those multi-million dollar contracts, to the suits in the front office. Once he's gone, nobody is going to want to touch his mess—unless they're directly on his payroll and would lose their entire livelihood without him pulling the strings. Now we’ll see if any of these so-called "legends" actually have the guts to step up and take over the club. If a Group of actual professionals—think someone like a Jerry Jones or a Bob Kraft—or even just some guys with decent reputations decided to jump in, the board members and all those other stakeholders wouldn't stand a chance; they'd be begging them to take control.

Or are you just completely delusional enough to think that fans are sitting on some secret stash of criminal evidence involving the Indianapolis Colts that they're just keeping tucked away for fun?

I bet there’s still more dirt out there, and I’m certain there are fans who could absolutely bury him. We're talking about the people who were taking kickbacks or other shady "support" from him, or even those he used to do his dirty work. The real question is whether any of them actually have the guts to step up and own it.
