Blu-ray and subtitles

Hey everyone, I was wondering if anyone here knows if there’s actually a way to edit the subtitles directly on an original Blu-ray disc? My thought process is basically this: I’d want to load the entire Blu-ray folder into some kind of software, pick out the specific subtitles I’m looking at, and then just tweak them—essentially taking those original English subtitles and translating them into American English.

If you actually went through with that, what’s the end goal? You just gonna burn it onto another Blu-ray disc or something?

Nope. Doesn't exist.

That’s a bummer, which means I’ll have to go ahead and swap out one of my original titles. 🙂
