I was wondering if I’m allowed to speak the truth here?
Basically, I want to know if it's okay to share my experience regarding a bad purchase I made at a local pawn shop.
Is this kind of thing permitted on the forum?
Am I allowed to mention the business by name?
Also, is a pawn shop legally required to provide a receipt for items sold?
And one more thing—if someone buys something from a pawn shop through an online marketplace like eBay, does that transaction still fall under the site's terms of service that the user agrees to when posting?

Thanks in advance...
