So, here’s my situation. I had a dentist who handled all my dental work, but after she finished fixing my lower premolars—one of which was actually a second time around—both teeth became incredibly sensitive. We're talking painful sensitivity whenever I bite down on something hard like a crusty piece of sourdough or drink cold water. It feels like there’s this nagging gap between the filling and the tooth itself. When I brought it up, she just brushed it off, insisting the sensation would eventually fade away. Well, three years later, nothing has changed. Was the initial work botched, or am I dealing with an underlying issue within the tooth? Regardless, I’ve moved on to a new provider and I’m heading back in to get those same teeth redone 😢.
Thanks!

I’d love to hear your thoughts or if you’ve dealt with something similar.

Could you please post the question in the "fillings" section? Thanks.
