Hey,

Got some issues with my Samsung monitor that's still under warranty. The paperwork says Accenture is the authorized service center, but now I'm seeing they merged with this MR service group that has a pretty bad reputation... honestly don't know if I should drop the monitor off with them or if there's another authorized Samsung shop somewhere else...

Thanks 🙂

I'm pretty sure when it comes to warranties, they check exactly which distributor handled your specific monitor, especially if there are multiple players in the mix. Nobody wants to foot the bill for someone else's mistake, right? So, your warranty options are kind of set in stone—you take what you get, whether you like it or not....
Microsoft and Eco handle them too, I think,...but honestly, I saved two of my own units just by having a local tech swap out some capacitors...

That's a bit of a misconception—I mean, I don't want to be rude, but... LG actually reimburses the authorized service centers for every single repair, regardless of which importer brought the unit in. As long as the service center is listed in the warranty documentation, they are obligated to fix that monitor for free during the coverage period, no matter who the original importer was.
