Hey,
So, I’ve been dealing with this absolute nightmare of a toothache for years, but yesterday and today it finally hit a whole new level of hell. I’m not even going to sugarcoat how bad it is—it’s gruesome. Honestly, I just want it out of my head. I need to get it pulled. Does anyone know where in Washington, D.C. I can get this done for free, or at least for the cheapest price possible? Do I really have to wait around for the ER over in Brooklyn, or is there another way? Because that 10 PM to 6 AM window just doesn't work for me at all.
I really need an answer fast...

You have a contracted dentist through your insurance provider. If you show up with an emergency, they are required to see you and provide treatment that isn't necessarily just pulling a tooth on the spot. For after-hours emergencies, you should head to the Brooklyn clinic.
