This topic actually carries some weight... I feel like so many people struggle with staying on a bike for more than an hour at a time, and honestly, for me, the idea of anyone sitting on a saddle for two or three hours straight is just completely unimaginable...😲

Why such an immediate defensive reaction? Granted, I may have been a bit colorful with my wording, but there is a point to be made here.
Look, bicycle saddles have existed for decades. Sure, some designs cause issues, but a global network of experts is constantly working to iron those kinks out
and refine the saddle to near perfection...
Just look at the sheer volume of production coming out of China. There are enough people there to populate a small nation, and they seem to spend all their time either riding bikes or finding other ways to stay busy...
The bottom line is this: the saddle shouldn't be the issue. The problem likely lies with you—specifically, if I may be blunt, your anatomy. It sounds like you might need to take things to a specialist for some much-needed realignment.

Given how much inflammation you guys are dealing with right now, I was thinking—and I might be totally off base here—but maybe instead of sticking to traditional intercourse for a while, you could try focusing on oral sex? It just seems like it would be a lot less "aggressive" on the body during such a sensitive time.

It’s all just a matter of putting in the work. And obviously, you need a decent meal to back it up, which that stuff they serve at the local diner definitely isn't.
Ever wonder why actual fairy tales are written the way they are instead of just being some total mess?

So you aren't exactly planning on hitting the pavement for a solid two or three hours right out of the gate, are you? 😉

When it comes to setting priorities, I certainly don't intend to just sit there and endure stinging pain or discomfort from some silly gym machine. I think I'll head back to the stair climber; it always felt like the right fit for me. Even though the bike might be more efficient for certain results, I've even tried using a padded seat cushion on the saddle... but nothing seems to help.

The main thing to remember is that treating the glutes as a muscle means focusing on hip extension. We're talking squats, kettlebell swings, lunges, and hip thrusts—using as much weight as possible while maintaining perfect form! 😁

So, I spent three whole months grinding away every single day on this tiny little stepper at home, thinking I was doing great. But then summer rolled around and my glutes? Nonexistent. Total bust. I actually went and asked some fitness pros what the deal was, and they suggested I switch over to a stationary bike to really see some results. So, naturally, I started pedaling. Well, disaster struck immediately. The first time I finished a workout, I couldn't even enjoy some quality time with my guy. He could tell something was off right away, even though I tried to play it cool. It was super uncomfortable—just constant irritation and zero interest. The second time I hit the bike, it was the exact same story: just discomfort and no fun at all. By the third time, things got so inflamed that I’ve been stuck using Johnson & Johnson products to deal with it. I’m even waking up in the middle of the night feeling that nagging discomfort. At this point, there's absolutely no way I'm getting back on that bike. On the days I don't work out, everything with my partner is totally fine, so I'm pretty sure the bike is the culprit here. I honestly want to get back into my routine, but now I'm just terrified. Has anyone else dealt with this, or does anyone actually know why this is happening???

Squats. Period. Combine them with whatever else you feel like, but if you want results, squats have to be the main event.
There's a million little variables when it comes to those indoor bikes—seat height, the tilt, how firm the saddle is, your forward or backward positioning... Honestly, it's hard to pinpoint exactly what's going wrong without more specifics...
