All jokes aside, if things have really sagged that much, you're looking at surgery... nothing else is going to fix it.

But she's only 17... there's no way they could have dropped that much already... I guess.

Just tell her to get a decent bra and hit the gym... what else can you even say?

Honestly, she should just grab a high-quality sports bra and hit the gym... what else can you do?

Oh, I'm sure. 😉(sarcasm)

The girl probably just got a little carried away—you know how things go at that age. 🤣
I mean, what else can you really expect at that stage of life?
Metabolism doesn't even start hitting you hard until you're well into your 30s anyway. 😁

The girl probably just lost her mind a little. You know how things are at that age...🤣
I mean, what else is there to do when you're feeling that hopeless?
Life only really starts hitting you hard once you pass 30...😁

😂😂😂 Yeah, that's exactly what I'm thinking 😁

Gravity is a ruthless bitch—once it catches you, there’s no fighting back. I don't get it. Usually, when I post on this forum, I’m speaking from firsthand experience. And trust me, I know my way around a woman's chest better than most.

Your options are:
a) Plastic surgery.

b) Hit the gym and fix your posture—immediately. Focus on a full-body routine with an emphasis on incline barbell presses, incline dumbbell presses, and decline presses. Throw in some rear delt work and deadlifts. You obviously need to train your back and legs too, but make those specific lifts your priority.
