Could someone please enlighten me as to who this "kuvi" individual actually is, and what on earth is even happening here?

Here is the continuation and the final conclusion of my exchange with this individual: (I realize that sharing content from private messages might be against the rules, so if that's the case, I sincerely apologize to the moderators and ask that you please delete this, but I wanted to provide the full context of the conversation for everyone to see)

amberfox4 said:I am honestly at a loss here—I have no idea what kind of idiotic thread I supposedly started or spammed, especially since the link won't even load for me. Furthermore, I am quite certain that I haven't engaged in any disputes with anyone, nor have I opened any controversial topics.
I just received a notification stating that I've been issued an infraction.

I would appreciate it if you could try to maintain a bit more decorum on this forum moving forward.

It seems you have confused me with someone else entirely.
If you intend to explain the situation, perhaps you could clarify exactly what this is regarding?

Are you quite certain you want to push for another ban?

I have filed a report with the moderators. Goodbye.

I’ve reached the point where I won't even bother opening his messages anymore; I can only hope someone actually steps in and does something about this.

So, where am I supposed to go?
I was under the impression that by doing this, I had already officially filed my report.

Is it even remotely acceptable for PMs to be presenting data this way—even if someone is clearly just messing around? 🤔

Let me go see where this ended up.
If certain topics are strictly off-limits now, then I suppose the moderators should just go ahead and wipe the thread; frankly, I have no idea what else to say, as I certainly haven't gone out of my way to broadcast anyone's private business.

Look, in every thread, there’s a little triangle icon on the right side by the post header once you open it. Just click that to report it. It sends an alert straight to the admins' inbox so they can deal with the violation.

Well, if you simply click that icon and file a report, it gets sent directly to the admins' inbox so they can take the necessary disciplinary action.

Yes, I have indeed, thank you 🙂

Is it just me and the person I’m sending this DM to who can see this?
It feels like a pretty basic question, but...

It's a basic question, but still...

The only way someone else sees it is if that user reports the message for being inappropriate. In that specific scenario, the moderators, super-mods, and admins get eyes on it. However, since only the admins actually have the authority to hand out punishments for PMs, the rest of us rarely even see them. 😁

The idea that a mod or admin can just waltz into your inbox whenever they feel like it to snoop around is nothing more than an urban legend. 🙂

edit: I just realized you already got an answer in another thread, so... I'll just leave this here. Maybe some other user will stumble upon it later and find it helpful.

Thanks anyway.
Quick question for you specifically: was it really necessary to hand out two warnings for that? I'll admit, I was being pedantic, but two? Now I have to walk on eggshells for a whole month. It wasn't even in the right thread, but it wasn't exactly a massive grievance either.
