Restrictions on IVF across North America force couples to look abroad. In France and Italy, single women and lesbian couples are barred from accessing IVF services. Both Austria and Italy prohibit sperm and egg donation, while Germany and Norway ban egg donation entirely.
In countries like Sweden, couples have to prove they’ve been in a stable relationship for at least a year just to qualify for treatment. Switzerland even requires couples to be legally married.
Furthermore, almost everywhere in North America except for Ukraine, surrogacy is prohibited. Source: washingtonpost.com

America has a real opportunity to capitalize on these regional restrictions. If Canada, the USA, and Ukraine are profiting from the fertility industry, America could essentially become an oasis for IVF.

Alright, fine, but did we really need an entire thread just to reach that conclusion?😕
There’s an entire subforum dedicated to parents and kids covering IVF with about a billion related discussions already out there.
