Help me out, folks! I’ve discovered these bone-like growths on both of my feet. The one on my right foot is definitely more pronounced than the left. I did a bit of Googling and turned up some stuff about cysts and benign tumors, but honestly, this feels like actual bone—it’s rock hard and only really hurts if I apply intense pressure. What am I looking at here? For context, I’ve been working with horses for over six months now, which means I'm constantly stuck in those heavy, suffocating rubber work boots. Is it actually possible for your feet to deform this much? Please weigh in, because I'll be the first to admit that I rarely make it into the doctor's office.

I mean, I honestly don't get how you aren't in total agony right now. If something actually snapped or tore in that joint, you’d be screaming, so seriously, go see a doctor at the Mayo Clinic or something before it gets worse.
