That’s a pretty unusual question!
Personally, I never leave a specialist's office without knowing my exact diagnosis and exactly what the next steps look like for me.I always do my own homework too, just to get a sense of "what might be happening." You don't just walk into a doctor's office and suddenly find out you need a RADICAL prostate resection without any prior symptoms or issues leading up to it.
Given my own history with urological issues, I'm really not the best person to answer this specific medical question.
I won't sugarcoat it—please just ask your doctors instead of relying on guesswork here, especially from people who might not even know the answer.
