Regarding the possibility of pregnancy—nothing is ever truly 100% certain, not even during your period. I’ve heard stories about couples seeing a positive test right at that time; well, they might just be anecdotes, but then again, every woman's biology is different, and sometimes ovulation doesn't exactly follow the textbook.
As for the bleeding, it's probably possible, though I doubt it stops entirely; it's more likely that the flow just becomes irregular or fails to exit properly due to various physiological reasons 😁.
