Does anyone actually know who the heavy hitters are when it comes to suppliers? There are certain products I just can't find anywhere in the States, and I was hoping to pick their brains on how to track them down. I’m not sure if this is even the right place to ask, but I really need the intel.

To clarify, I'm not looking for equipment—I need the actual products. Specifically, I'm trying to source gastroenterology supplies. Could someone maybe tweak the title so it's more accurate?

Could you specify exactly what you’re looking for?
It makes sense that certain items aren't available in the US market when there isn't an authorized importer for that specific brand.
There aren't really "major" suppliers in a general sense; rather, specific American companies act as the official importers for particular brands.

Because of that, it doesn't quite track to question these firms about products they don't actually distribute.
