Skin blisters leaving sores after they pop

I’ve got these blisters popping up on the back of my thigh. No clue where they came from, so if anyone knows what might be causing this...

So, I wanted to check in and see if anyone else deals with these watery bumps? Like, specifically when you try to squeeze them, they turn into these little sores that just won't heal up easily...
I’ve been spiraling a bit—doing way too much Googling and staring at medical photos—and honestly, I'm starting to panic that it might be skin cancer... because, let's be real, that was the first thing that jumped out at me from everything I saw...

If anyone here has dealt with something similar and could share what actually happened, I would seriously appreciate it... thanks a ton.
