Man, what a celebration that would be! Even if Mass actually took first place—which is a massive stretch, even theoretically—I’d probably have to show proof just to get anyone to believe me.

The bullshit zone.

If you ask me, the detection zone should be somewhere between 2 and 4, plus another window from 13 to 17—though that’d stay open until 2... let's see who actually calls the shots when it happens. ☕

Honestly, I’m actually kind of relieved they aren't driving through the wooded section anymore—it’s for the best, really... if they had kept going that way, the whole thing would have turned into an absolute circus, much more than it already was

Let’s just hope we get a decent stockpile of points from Maldonado. And here's hoping for a win from NATO.

Yeah... except there shouldn't even be a dirt track out there in the first place.☕

Michael Lee4 said:Yeah... though honestly, they probably wouldn't even need DRS there anyway☕

True enough, but I’m pretty certain Charlie would still find a way to leave everyone in his dust out there...

Honestly, if it were up to me, I’d just scrap DRS entirely. Passing has become way too easy. And don't even get me started on those Vestack overtakes.

Honestly, they shouldn't have even introduced that crap in the first place—though it looks like they'll start placing it in some random spots soon enough.

Well... you'll find out during qualifying.

stop shaking 🙂

Mark claims there’s no issue at all, it's totally fine, no big deal ☕

I disagree... on certain tracks, passing is so damn hard that even DRS doesn't do much. You really only see an overtake with DRS once the guy in front completely shreds his tires (and I'm talking about specific tracks here)...

So, DRS isn't the main issue; there are plenty of other factors at play. First off, they need to bring back the fuel loads. ☕

Michael Lee4 said:I’m gonna have to disagree there... passing on certain tracks is such a nightmare that even having DRS doesn't actually do squat. The only way you're seeing an overtake with DRS is when the guy in front absolutely shreds his tires, and even then, it's track-dependent...

So yeah, blaming DRS is a massive stretch because there are a million other variables at play here, and honestly, if they just brought back the heavy fuel loads, we might actually see some action. ☕

God, I just love it when racing turns into a parade where you can't pass even with DRS enabled. ☕

Maybe at two or three places like Monaco... or whatever. On most tracks, passing is easier because you're basically taking a massive detour just to get around someone, not just for a single spot.

So, DRS isn't really the main culprit here—there are way more factors at play. For starters, they should just bring back the refueling... ☕

That's what I meant about the Vestack overtakes. It’s like being in a boxing match where one guy has his hands tied behind his back while the other is allowed to swing with both. That's F1 for you—one side gets the assist and the other doesn't.

Most tracks fall into that category.
But just wait for Spa. We'll see how that DRS zone on Kemmel actually impacts the race.

Michael Lee4 said:So, DRS is the least of it. There are plenty of other factors at play. For starters, they should bring back the old fuel loads.☕

Fak jea, imagine those Pirelli tires paired with those fuel loads.
Now that would be interesting. I doubt anyone could drive a full race consistently without the tires blowing out at least once.

I see some people are desperate for a win, acting like the only way to overtake was when someone actually retired and parked their car on the side of the track. ☕
