PC build under $500 (no monitor)

Hey there. I was wondering if someone could help me put together a build for about $1167. Just looking for the tower itself—I don't need a monitor or any peripherals. I’m planning on picking everything up locally here in Washington, D.C. I wouldn't call myself an NHL gamer or anything intense, but I'd like something decent enough to at least run some high-end Mary titles smoothly.
