Request for temporary pardon

I’m asking for a temporary hiatus on the PDF football threads while the European Championship is going on. It’s not about avoiding any comments or anything, just so I can actually enjoy reading without being constantly distracted by the hype.

As a little peace offering, I think I’ve been pretty decent and easygoing on the forums lately.

Once the tournament wraps up, we can settle up based on what we agreed on earlier.

A partial ban isn't some lighthearted slap on the wrist, and it's definitely not something that just disappears overnight. As much as a circus where I play the clown might sound entertaining, you're not going to see that show. Getting a partial ban lifted isn't impossible—it could happen in six months, a year, two years, five, eighteen... but right now? Not happening. Is that blunt and simple enough for you?

By the way, I'm not asking to get the ban wiped entirely, just asking for a TEMPORARY suspension of it.

Now I'm wondering, is the decision to lift a partial ban a unanimous thing among you mods, or can you just let me off the hook temporarily on your own, Alex Cook?
