I am formally requesting the assistance of the site administration. As a parent, I am trying to access vital information here that could impact child health—not just for my own kid, but for every child out there.

Regrettably, the forum moderator—who, to his absolute shame and everyone else's profound disappointment, is actually a physician 😲—has shut this thread down (after a mere five minutes)
using a malicious, dictatorial, and completely fabricated justification. He claims this is some "conspiracy theory" attacking the sanctity of vaccination, which this forum supposedly must defend at all costs. It’s nothing short of an inquisition, carried out by a man acting like a total tyrant under the persona of Dr. Mengele. 😲

He seized upon those words as an excuse to kill the entire discussion, thereby preventing people from being informed about such a critical aspect of child health.

It is staggering, truly. How can a man who is a doctor be so utterly oblivious to the terrible image he projects to the public? To deny parents the ability to freely exchange information and make their own decisions regarding their own child?

Is this the Nazification of our forums and of medicine itself? Are parents being FORCED into vaccinations, and must even a public forum submit to such a Mengele-esque dictatorship? 😲

I am asking the administration to UNLOCK the poll. It is anonymous. It doesn't prejudice anyone. Just unlock it. 🙂

(If my personal opinion regarding the supposed inviolability of vaccination is considered controversial, then fine—let the moderator or the admin delete my comment. But I see absolutely no reason to lock an anonymous poll that merely provides insight into how many people are vaccinating their children or not.)

You opened two separate threads. In the first, you stated that you believe vaccination is unnecessary, expressing regret over yielding to pressure from pediatricians and your social circle to vaccinate your child, and noting your decision to stop vaccinating moving forward.

As my explanation for closing that thread, I informed you that the Child Health board cannot host topics or posts asserting that vaccines are unnecessary. This board is based on the principles of conventional American medicine, which supports vaccination and does not view it as useless; furthermore, vaccination protocols are established by law in the US.

For those who believe vaccination is useless or that vaccines "poison" children, there is a dedicated thread: Vaccination is covered in the Alternative Medicine PDF, where you can share those kinds of perspectives.

There is also a discussion regarding vaccines in this thread (the World Around Us PDF).

In the Child Health PDF, we tackle vaccination from a medical standpoint, following the established principles of the profession—where the stance on immunization is quite clear.

Maria Fisher46 pretty much nailed it, so I don't have much else to say. We've already got threads covering vaccinations and side effects, so there's really no point in starting a whole new one that's just a carbon copy.

Looks like the experts back home really missed the mark on this one—in most advanced countries, vaccination isn't some legal mandate; it’s actually left up to the parents.

In our experience, such discussions quickly devolve into conspiracy theories and anti-vax advocacy. This clutter obscures the purpose of these threads, which is to serve parents facing practical questions—things like timing, specific vaccines, contraindications, adverse reactions, and how to handle them if they occur.

We believe other PDFs, such as the world around me where a similar topic already exists, are better suited for these types of debates. This keeps the child health threads clear and focused on the practicalities of immunization, preventing useful information from being lost in a sea of posts theorizing about mandates or comparing international laws.
