Upgrading my RAM: What should I buy?

Greetings, gentlemen. I am looking to upgrade my memory and purchase some RAM that outperforms my current setup.

Just hunt down some cheap DDR2 RAM on eBay. Doesn't matter which brand, as long as it works and fits. 🙂

I didn't want to clutter things up by starting a whole new thread, so I figured I'd just drop my question here. I'm currently running a 4GB stick of RAM:





I’m looking to add another 4GB to the mix, but I've run into a bit of a snag—this Motorola module isn't really available on the market anymore. What should I be looking for to ensure everything plays nice together? Should I be focusing strictly on matching the MHz and all that?
