How to quote posts without gaining reputation/points?

It’s just you and the admins who seem to think this forum is some damn news site. Honestly, most of the time you're just trying to pass these things off as your own. And then you actually write your own take on the quote, because this forum is a place for sharing opinions and debating with people not a dumping ground for random news stories. If you really want to just paste links all day, then a blog is probably more your speed...

There's two of you (you and the corporate side) who seem to think this forum is some freaking news site.
