Hey, so here’s my situation... I feel like I’ve got a whole laundry list of issues going on. Honestly, I’ve just kind of learned to live with it at this point, mostly because I haven't stumbled upon any definitive cures yet. First off, there's the hyperhidrosis—excessive sweating under my arms—which is just such a miserable feeling. Then there’s Raynaud's; every winter, my circulation goes south and I get these frostbite-like sensations in my hands. It's painful, itchy, and just incredibly distracting. On top of that, I’ve had this massive corn on my heel for about six months now. I tried the icing thing, but it was too much; it hurts just to walk, and worst of all, sometimes it hits me with this sudden, sharp pain, like someone is driving a knife straight through my heel. And then there’s this lump between my breasts... looks like a dark mole that’s been there for a year or two now, and it actually hurts when you touch it. Oh, and the heart palpitations. They happen maybe seven or eight times a year while I'm sleeping, which wakes me right up, sends me into a total panic, and then I can't get back to sleep. I don't know. If anyone has any advice or even just some insight, I’d really appreciate it. I’m pretty much sick of talking about it with my family, and they don't really take me seriously anymore, so I guess I’ve stopped taking myself seriously, too. I'm 21.

I'm honestly just sick of dealing with all these health issues at home—my family doesn't really take any of it seriously anyway.

😕
Wait, what?

That's a lot. What have the doctors actually said about it?
Have you thought about hitting up a private clinic? I know it's pricey, but you can't put a price on your health. I hadn't gotten my eyes checked in forever, so I went to a private specialist last year instead of using my local hospital, and man, the difference was night and day.

Whatever. What’s the medical consensus on all this?
Have you thought about hitting up a specialist clinic? I know, I know, those co-pays can be brutal, but you gotta look after yourself. Honestly, I hadn't had my eyes checked in forever, so I finally bit the bullet and went to a private practice last year. It was night and day compared to the local county hospital.

I only actually saw a doctor for a persistent wart that just wouldn't quit, but I've been digging through forums for everything else—stuff like hyperhidrosis or even Raynaud's. And honestly? It seems like there isn't really a "cure." People just kind of... learn to live with it. Plus, dealing with all these different issues would mean bouncing between three or four different specialists. Just feels like a lot.

Has anyone had a chance to check your thyroid levels yet?

Regarding those warts on your foot—you really should see a dermatologist for some cryotherapy. You’ll likely need to keep up with the treatments until they are completely gone (it simply requires some persistence over time). Yes, it can be painful, but they aren't going to just vanish on their own.🤷
