Personally, my Apple mouse batteries die incredibly fast—like, maybe a month at most!? I have no clue why they drain so quickly since I'm not even glued to my computer 24/7!?

Hey there, my fellow Mac lovers, look, I’ll be the first to admit I don't know much about this stuff, but I could really use a little hand with something Google just won't give me a straight answer on. I'm having a total nightmare with my iOS and honestly, if I want to speed up the inevitable headache, I'd rather just talk to customer support or some actual pro, but whenever I search, all I see is a phone number option—no live chat in sight 🤔 and even that number they gave me for the US feels a bit sketchy. Is this kind of help actually free? 🤔 Since these companies are always looking for any excuse to overcharge you, I’m kinda hesitant to call them and end up chatting too long only to get hit with a bill I can't afford later. If anyone out there knows the deal or can help me out, I'd seriously appreciate it 🙂
