Tiny bumps on my chest – what are they?

Every year when the temperature drops in the fall or winter, I start getting these tiny breakouts across my chest. I honestly have no clue what triggers it—maybe an allergy to some specific fabric in my seasonal wardrobe? 🤷 It’s nothing major, and they aren't particularly unsightly, just a few spots that always seem to pop up in the exact same places. They occasionally flare up on my upper back as well. Has anyone else dealt with something similar, or does anyone happen to know a way to clear this up? Thanks in advance. 🙂

You wearing some gold chain or something like that? Might be your body wash acting up, or maybe some shirt is irritating your skin? 🤷

I suspect it all boils down to some t-shirt, though I find myself wondering how one might actually move past this. :/
