So, I recently stumbled upon a few flicks from this specific studio—was watching 2012 Ice Age and Battle of Los Angeles

Look, making a parody of a movie is fine if it’s actually funny, but this stuff? It’s straight-up robbery. Don't the actors see the post-production? How can they not tell how stupid and naive it all looks? If you're gonna act, at least try to put some effort into the roles, right? Honestly, even those cheap daytime soaps on local TV are better than this. Who's even funding these projects? And what's the profit margin supposed to be? Seriously, where's the logic?

Oh, man, I hear you... honestly, it feels just like those old Troma flicks or what Full Moon Entertainment used to churn out—just total bottom-of-the-barrel studio stuff. The big difference here is that these guys basically bank on slapping their own low-budget spin on massive hits just to squeeze some cash out of people who aren't paying attention. You know, those folks who end up accidentally watching The Terminators instead of the actual masterpiece that is The Terminator... or maybe they stumble upon some weird derivative version of Sherlock Holmes... or they think they're seeing Alien vs. Hunter when they really meant to watch Alien vs. Predator... well, you get the idea, right? 😉🤣

They’re absolute legends!!! 🙏🙏🙏
I can't help but crack up whenever I see their trailers—honestly, most comedies out these days couldn't even come close to making me laugh like this.😁
Check out their full filmography here:http://www.imdb.com/company/co0043571/🙏

I can't help but laugh whenever I catch one of their trailers—honestly, most modern comedies just don't have that kind of spark anymore.😁

Spot on... most of this Hollywood comedy garbage makes me want to gag—but that Asimov trash? It’s pure gold...😂
you get these totally iconic scenes mixed with just plain ridiculous ideas...😁

Mockbusters, man!!! I think there was this huge deep dive about them over on Click once... basically, they just churn out these total junker movies with titles that sound almost exactly like the big blockbusters, just praying some unsuspecting person stumbles onto their flick instead 😁😁

And honestly, it’s working perfectly for them. I bet most of their revenue comes right here in the States. Someone catches a glimpse of a trailer or hears about a big movie, then sees an Asimov version sitting there at the video store, and by the time they get home, they've already made their move—or they just grab it off the shelf while browsing a big-box retailer. 😬

That trailer is absolutely wild. 🙂 My dad would probably be all over this, though. I guess everything finds its niche eventually.

Mega Shark vs Crocosaurus and Mega Shark vs Giant Octopus

I mean, you seriously can't make this stuff up!

Man, their movies are an absolute train wreck. It honestly blows my mind how they can even come up with this garbage—like, seriously, a giant snake swallowing a speeding train, or some massive shark leaping out of the water to snack on airplanes...

for instance
Dead Men Walking

See, that’s exactly how Asylum makes their money—it only takes one little word to mess with your head...
You're talking about a movie starring Sean Penn and Susan Sarandon.

But Asylum made Dead Men Walking.

oh please 😁 you’re really going to try and tell me 😁 what’s on my mind
I watched both of them—and I was talking about the second one when I said it was actually decent
and that was back before I even knew if they were the ones behind it or not
you know, when you're watching something without any preconceived notions getting in the way...
sure, you can definitely tell it's a budget production, especially with how the audio turns out... but honestly, it wasn't half bad

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pFhSogGnu4IMega Piranha🙏

I still remember the first time my cousin and I saw the Boa vs Python DVD at the local video rental shop. We both just lost it—straight up crying from laughing so hard once we actually read what the plot was about.🤣, we couldn't even catch our breath for at least five minutes.😂

Kevin Ward3 said:I've been sitting here staring at this video—honestly, I should probably be doing something productive—but I just couldn't look away. There is something about the way this unfolds that really sticks with you, isn't there? It’s one of those clips that manages to be both deeply unsettling and strangely captivating all at once—a bit of a rollercoaster for the senses, if you will. I found myself leaning closer to the screen, then pulling back—a classic case of my own curiosity getting the better of me! It's definitely worth a watch if you have the stomach for it, though I might need a minute to recover afterward. What did you all think? Did it hit you as hard as it hit me?Mega Piranha🙏

I still remember the first time my cousin and I stumbled upon that *Boa vs Python* DVD at the local video rental shop—honestly, we both just burst into tears of laughter the second we read what the plot was actually about.🤣Honestly, we were just completely stunned—it took us a good five minutes to even process what had happened.😂

😂 You hit the nail right on the head—honestly, I’d much rather sit through an Asylum production and have a good laugh at how ridiculous they are than suffer through every single Hollywood comedy released over the last twenty years.

And I suppose this will be their absolute peak: 2 Shark Attack (2012)
A two-headed shark and Carmen Electra... 😂
