My post was just deleted by the moderator crimsonsailor7 over in the Legal PDF section—specifically the thread about speeding violations—where I was replying directly to SmartThings. The reason given was that it was considered off-topic or spam.
I’m honestly hoping for some clarification on why that post was pulled, especially since it was a direct response to another user, so I don't really see how it could be off-topic. I guess I just don't understand how it qualifies as spam?
If I actually broke a specific rule here on the forum, I’d really appreciate it if someone could point out exactly which one it was. I feel like my answer was pretty specific, even if my perspective differs from what most of the other "legal experts" on this board might think. I suppose we all should have the freedom to express our own views here, as long as we aren't breaking any laws or site rules—so if that isn't the case, maybe you could let me know which exact law or regulation I supposedly violated?
The second half of my post was also a direct question, but that seems to have been wiped out as well.
