Pressure in my left arm

So, twice today I felt something that actually freaked me out... I got this weird "sensation" in my left arm—like, lower forearm down to the hand—just this intense pressure followed by my fingers cramping up.😕 It only lasted a few seconds both times. Should I be low-key panicking about this?!
