Oh, I know. I'm just waiting for someone to call us out. But "normal weight" isn't even a real topic anymore.😉

You're right. We should establish some real metrics, like: minutes spent on a treadmill, or how many flights of stairs you can climb in a skyscraper with or without heavy breathing.🙂

I'm about 5'11" and currently weighing in at around 183 pounds. I run three times a week for 3.7 miles. I suppose my goal is to hit somewhere around 178-180 pounds.
