Back on March 18th, I had an incision made to drain a hematoma behind my knee, and they put in one single stitch. It was a small cut, maybe about an inch long. This coming Tuesday, I’m heading back in to get the thread pulled. My doctor—the same one who’s been checking me out every couple of days—says everything looks perfect so far. But here’s the real question: when can I actually start ramping up the physical activity again? I train hard and play competitive soccer in a high-level regional league, so I can't just sit on the couch forever. Any advice?🙏

What on earth were you thinking, letting them make such a massive incision? You’re going to be left with a hell of a scar from that one. As for your recovery, do yourself a favor and actually listen to your attending physician instead of taking advice from random people online who aren't even remotely qualified to step foot in an OR.
