Hey everyone! I decided to finally start this thread after chatting with quite a few people lately. Honestly, maybe I should have posted this in the psychology section, but what I’m feeling is so physical that it feels more tangible than just "all in my head." I’m not talking about the tragic situations over in the USA—like those radiation concerns or the tsunamis—but rather something else entirely... Is it possible that we’re all collectively feeling a bit "off" because of how everything seems to have shifted lately? Aside from my own experience, I’ve noticed so many people around me dealing with bouts of dizziness, lightheadedness, or nagging headaches. It’s like there's this general sense of unease hanging over everyone. I’m certainly not saying we aren't just imagining things—I know how easy it is to fall into that trap—but I can't help but wonder if anyone else is experiencing this too. 😕

Spring—that’s usually what everyone is fixated on lately. 🙂

Hehe... I certainly hope so! But honestly, I’m just really curious to see if anyone else is riding this same wave... 🙂 So, you’re feeling it too, but you're attributing it to the change in seasons? 😁

I'm starting to wonder if it wasn't actually caused by a tsunami...😍

Of course you're feeling weird right now. It’s totally normal. Ever heard of seasonal fatigue? It’s basically what happens when your body runs low on vitamins because we didn't exactly have a massive variety of fresh fruit to snack on all winter long.

I don't know about earthquakes, but spring absolutely wrecks me.
And I actually love the season, too 😢

I am far more concerned about radiation levels... given how much distance there is right now, but if things continue at this rate over the next week or two...😕

It lines up right with the arrival of spring, so I doubt it's linked to that catastrophe over in the USA.
