Go ahead and dive into the Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> System Log—you should see some errors popping up there (look for those red X icons)... also, take a quick peek at the Application Log while you're at it. Once you find the error description, just paste it right here.

Just tell me how to copy and paste that info from the admin tools onto the forum?

Got a couple errors under crypt32, some MSI installer issues, plus a warning for userenv. Also seeing an error in net runtime optimization, warnings for asp.net 2.0.50727.0 and winmgmt, then an application hang error, a warning for asp.net 4.0.30319.0, and finally application errors and an error under arrakis3. It's all showing up in the Application section of Event Viewer.
